This raffle is conducted by the Miss Pennsylvania Volunteer Organization under Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance License #SGOC-2116 and benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
By purchasing a raffle ticket, you will receive one entry per ticket purchased for a chance to win the signed guitar shown. The winner will be selected by random drawing on 3/1/26 and will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets sold.
This raffle is conducted in accordance with Pennsylvania Small Games of Chance laws. VSM Sports Card Outlet is acting solely as a host location and authorized sales agent.
